Plumber – Full-time position in Milton Keynes

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Plumber to join our Milton Keynes team, delivering essential repair and maintenance services for social housing properties. The role involves working independently on a variety of plumbing tasks while ensuring safety, quality, and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out reactive plumbing repairs, including fixing leaking taps and minor system faults.
• Perform small installations such as changing baths and basic plumbing fittings.
• Work independently on most jobs, with support for larger projects.
• Record work details, timesheets, and photographic evidence using a handheld device.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment to required standards.
• Provide clear communication and high‑level customer service to residents.
• Adhere to health and safety, quality, and cost‑control requirements.

Required profile

• NVQ qualification in plumbing or proven equivalent experience.
• Experience working within social housing environments.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Professional, friendly and customer‑focused attitude.
