Plumber – Residential Repairs

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Plumber to join our Repairs team, delivering reliable plumbing repairs across residential properties in Croydon and surrounding areas. You will work independently on occupied homes and communal areas, ensuring high‑quality workmanship and a positive experience for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out plumbing repairs, including pipework, bathrooms and kitchens, in occupied homes and communal spaces.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently, aiming for a right‑first‑time outcome.
• Install, repair and replace baths, basins, toilets, sinks, waste systems and drainage components.
• Perform basic wall tiling as part of bathroom and kitchen refurbishments.
• Communicate clearly with residents, keeping them informed throughout each job.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including COSHH and safe working practices.

Required profile

• Recognised plumbing qualification (C&G Level 3 or NVQ Level 2).
• Proven experience in plumbing repairs within a customer‑focused environment.
• Ability to assess plumbing issues and select effective solutions.
• Strong communication skills for resident interaction.
• Experience using mobile technology to receive and update work records.
