Plumber – Social Housing (Uxbridge & Surrounding Areas)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced plumber to join a leading repairs and maintenance contractor within the social housing sector, covering Uxbridge and surrounding areas. The role involves routine property maintenance, delivering high‑quality work and excellent customer service to residents.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
• Complete multiple jobs per day while adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Ensure all work meets high‑quality standards and complies with relevant legislation.
• Provide best‑in‑class customer service to residents.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a plumber, preferably in social housing or a similar environment.
• City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 in plumbing (desirable).
• Knowledge of NHF SORS (desirable) and health & safety regulations.
• Relevant trade qualifications, CSCS card and Asbestos Awareness certificate (desirable).
• Experience using a PDA and job‑scheduling software.
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check and hold a full UK manual driving licence.
