About the role
We are seeking a qualified Plumbing Maintenance Engineer to join a prestigious university estate in Oxford. The role offers a stable, long‑term career with a competitive salary, generous pension, and a healthy work‑life balance.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance on plumbing, heating, gas and mechanical systems.
- Perform fault finding, repairs and minor installation projects across a diverse estate.
- Support refurbishment and improvement works as required.
- Work a Monday‑to‑Friday, 37‑hour week with a limited on‑call rota.
Required profile
- Level 3 qualification in Plumbing or Mechanical Services (or equivalent).
- Gas Safe registration.
- Experience in facilities, commercial or building maintenance.
- Full UK driving licence.
