Portfolio Planning AVP – Financial Services

About the role

Join a leading financial services organisation as an Assistant Vice President in Portfolio Planning. You will be part of the Transformation & Change Management Group, driving financial and transformation planning across a dynamic change portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Support annual and multi‑year strategic planning cycles, aligning portfolio investments with business objectives.
• Manage end‑to‑end portfolio budgeting, including forecasting, tracking and variance analysis.
• Oversee intake and prioritisation of change initiatives across the business.
• Provide portfolio governance support and executive‑level reporting on performance and strategic alignment.

Required profile

• Experience in transformation, strategy or business management within financial services.
• Strong understanding of change management, project governance and business case development.
• Excellent analytical ability to derive insights from complex data.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

• Portfolio management tools such as Clarity or JIRA
