Postal Delivery Driver – Fulham Delivery Office

About the role

Join Royal Mail as a Postal Delivery Driver based at the Fulham Delivery Office. You will deliver letters and parcels across the local area, working on a rotating shift schedule that includes weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Sort letters and parcels at the delivery office.
• Deliver post by van and on foot throughout the assigned route.
• Build relationships with customers and represent the Royal Mail brand.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Handle a variety of items such as exam results, birthday cards, and business orders.

Required profile

• Full manual UK driving licence (maximum 6 penalty points) registered to your current name and address.
• Ability to pass a driving assessment and drive a Royal Mail van daily.
• Physically fit for walking up to 12 miles (20,000+ steps) and lifting/ carrying mailbags of 10 kg or more.
• Reliable, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong organisational skills and resilience in a busy environment.
• Customer‑focused with pride in delivering great service.
• Comfortable working outdoors and on varied routes.
