Power Platforms Analyst

About the role

The Power Platforms Analyst designs, develops, supports and continuously improves low‑code business applications, workflow automations, dashboards and data‑driven solutions using Microsoft Power Platform to enhance operational efficiency across Plan International.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into secure, scalable Power Platform solutions.
• Design, build, test and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Power BI dashboards and Dataverse‑based solutions.
• Develop user‑centred applications that simplify processes, reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to digitise and automate manual processes across global functions.
• Integrate solutions with SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, SAP‑related outputs and approved enterprise data sources.
• Develop and support Power BI reports and dashboards for timely, actionable insight.
• Apply governance standards, manage lifecycle across development, test and production environments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Data Architects, IT, Enterprise Architecture and external partners.
