PPA Teacher – Primary School (Full‑time, Birmingham)

About the role
We are looking for a dedicated PPA Teacher to join our Kingsheath‑based primary school in South Birmingham from September 2026. The role is full‑time for one academic year, supporting Year 4 pupils within a Catholic ethos.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons tailored to Year 4 pupils.
- Create an inclusive classroom environment that promotes academic and personal development.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents and the wider school community to support learning and well‑being.
- Assess, monitor and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback and setting targets.
- Uphold and model the Catholic values of the school in all teaching activities.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Proven experience teaching across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, preferably Year 1.
- Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and assessment strategies.
- Commitment to promoting the Catholic ethos and values.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
