PPA Teacher – Primary Schools (Beaconsfield)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic PPA Teacher to work across two one‑form entry primary schools in Beaconsfield. The role starts in September 2026 and involves delivering high‑quality, engaging lessons while supporting pupils to reach their full potential.

Key responsibilities

• Teach across both school sites, Monday‑Wednesday at one school and Thursday‑Friday at the other.
• Plan and deliver curriculum that is challenging, inclusive and progress‑focused.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, parents and the wider community.
• Contribute to whole‑school initiatives and potentially take on subject or area leadership in the future.
• Maintain high standards of classroom practice and assessment.

Required profile

• Qualified classroom teacher with a passion for primary education.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to foster positive relationships.
• Creative, adaptable and committed to inclusive teaching.
• Willingness to develop leadership responsibilities over time.
