PR & Influencer Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a PR & Influencer Coordinator to support our UK and Southern EU markets. You will work closely with the Assistant PR Manager, agencies and internal teams to drive media and influencer initiatives that amplify our brand and product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant PR Manager in executing marketing calendars and global PR strategies for new product launches and core collections.
• Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers across the UK, France, Italy, Spain and Turkey.
• Coordinate retailer press days and manage seasonal gifting lists.
• Maintain influencer databases, acquire new talent and ensure up‑to‑date press contacts.
• Oversee media monitoring systems and data storage platforms.
• Support Southern EU PR agencies with assets and information.
• Help plan and activate digital or in‑person events.
• Provide administrative support to the PR team as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of administrative or PR support experience.
• Passion for public relations, social media and influencer marketing.
• Strong knowledge of beauty media and influencers.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in French is a plus.
