Practice Nurse – Flexible Locum Shifts in Milton Keynes

About the role

We are seeking qualified Practice Nurses in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas to join our locum roster. This role offers the freedom to choose when and where you work, allowing you to avoid workplace politics and fit shifts around your personal life.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality patient care across GP surgeries, out‑of‑hours providers, extended access clinics and walk‑in centres.
• Administer vaccinations, conduct health assessments and support chronic disease management.
• Provide clinical support during weekend, evening and daytime shifts as required.
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to NHS clinical standards.

Required profile

• Registered Practice Nurse (NMC‑registered) based in Milton Keynes or nearby.
• Willingness to work flexible, part‑time or temporary shifts.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different primary‑care settings.
