Practice Nurse – Locum Opportunities in Grantham

About the role

Chase Medical is seeking experienced Primary Care Practice Nurses for locum assignments in the Grantham area. The role offers flexible, short‑term shifts that can be booked up to six months in advance, allowing you to work around your personal schedule while gaining experience across multiple practices.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality primary care services to patients in a GP practice setting.
• Conduct patient assessments, administer vaccinations and manage wound care.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with NHS guidelines.
• Collaborate with practice staff to support continuity of care.
• Participate in on‑the‑job training and CPD activities as required.

Required profile

• Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and qualified as a Practice Nurse.
• Proven experience working in primary care environments.
• Flexibility to take on short‑notice locum shifts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
