Practice Nurse – Locum Positions in Scarborough

About the role
Chase Medical is seeking experienced Primary Care Practice Nurses for locum assignments in the Scarborough area. The role offers flexible, short‑term shifts that can be booked up to six months in advance, allowing you to work around your personal schedule while delivering high‑quality nursing care in GP practices.
Key responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, wound management and medication administration.
- Support GPs and practice staff with clinical procedures and patient triage.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with NHS guidelines.
- Deliver health promotion advice and follow‑up care as required.
- Adhere to infection control and health & safety policies within the practice.
Required profile
- Registered Practice Nurse (NMC registration) with experience in primary‑care settings.
- Ability to work independently on a locum basis and adapt quickly to different practice environments.
- Flexible availability for short‑notice shifts and willingness to travel within Yorkshire and Humberside.
