Practice Nurse – Part‑time, Oxfordshire

About the role

Join a well‑established GP surgery in Oxfordshire rated Good by the CQC. As a part‑time Practice Nurse you will work within a supportive, multidisciplinary team delivering high‑quality primary‑care services to a patient list of around 11,500.

Key responsibilities

• Provide wound care, ECGs and venepuncture for patients.
• Conduct new patient health checks and routine, childhood and travel immunisations.
• Manage chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, asthma, COPD and coronary heart disease.
• Deliver women's health services and cytology sampling.
• Support health promotion and disease prevention initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified Practice Nurse with experience in primary‑care settings.
• Ability to work independently and use own initiative.
• Commitment to delivering excellent patient care.
• Comfortable working within a multidisciplinary team.
