Premier Banking Officer – Customer Service

About the role

Join NatWest’s Premier 24 Invest, Customer Help & Support team as a Premier Banking Officer. You will provide phone‑based assistance for customers using a range of investment products, gaining valuable experience and a CF1 qualification within ten months.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls, delivering professional and patient support for complex investment queries.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of NatWest’s investment products and services.
• Accurately record customer interactions and ensure data integrity.
• Resolve issues efficiently while upholding high standards of customer care.
• Build trusted relationships with both new and existing customers.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑first mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Enthusiasm for learning investment products and obtaining the CF1 qualification.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt to varied customer needs.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
