Pricing Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic Pricing Analyst to join the global Pricing and Value Team at our London office. The role will involve applying the firm’s pricing model to conduct complex financial analyses that support fee proposals and business decisions across the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Produce sophisticated financial analyses using established and creative approaches.
• Develop robust models and templates to evaluate a wide range of fee proposals using firm financial metrics.
• Run profitability and sensitivity analyses to aid Department Chairs and the New Business Committee in decision‑making.
• Assist in creating and implementing new pricing services and tracking mechanisms to generate new business.
• Generate strategic staffing solutions for alternative fee arrangements in partnership with senior pricing managers.
• Collaborate with Pricing Support, Legal Project Management, Client Operations and Business Development on pricing strategies and rate management.
• Contribute to the automation of matter budgets and matter management initiatives.

Required profile

• Higher education degree; preferably in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
• Minimum three years of relevant financial analysis experience.
• Previous pricing or legal industry experience is highly desired.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and work collaboratively across diverse teams.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency, including complex formulas and data manipulation.
