About the role
We are recruiting an enthusiastic Primary PE Teacher for a welcoming school in Slough. You will inspire children to enjoy physical activity, develop healthy habits and build teamwork skills from an early age.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality PE lessons to pupils across the primary age range.
- Create an inclusive, safe and engaging learning environment that encourages participation and teamwork.
- Assess, monitor and report on pupil progress in physical education.
- Organise and support extracurricular sports clubs and events.
- Collaborate with staff to support pupils’ holistic development and promote positive behaviour.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching PE in a primary or school setting.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management abilities.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
