Primary Supply Teacher – Croydon (Daily & Long‑Term)

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to provide cover across schools in the Inspire Partnership Trust, Croydon. The role offers daily, short‑term and long‑term placements, allowing you to adapt your schedule while supporting pupils in a variety of classroom settings.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver daily supply cover and short‑term teaching assignments as required.
• Take on longer‑term placement opportunities within the Trust.
• Plan and deliver lessons in line with the school curriculum.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive and well‑managed classroom environment.
• Adhere to safeguarding policies and complete all required checks.

Required profile

• Qualified with PGCE, QTS or HLTA Level 4.
• Proven experience teaching in primary school settings.
• Strong classroom management and communication abilities.
• Flexible, positive attitude towards varied teaching assignments.
