About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to provide daily, short‑term or long‑term cover across schools in the Inspire Partnership Trust, based in Croydon.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver the national curriculum to Key Stage 1 and 2 pupils.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive and engaging classroom environment.
- Adapt lesson plans quickly to meet the needs of each school.
- Collaborate with senior staff and support teams to ensure continuity of learning.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (PGCE, HLTA Level 4).
- Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting.
- Strong classroom management and communication abilities.
- Flexible, positive attitude and commitment to safeguarding.
