Primary Supply Teacher – Daily & Long‑Term Placements

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to provide daily cover, short‑term, or long‑term placements across schools within the Inspire Partnership Trust in Croydon. This flexible role allows you to support multiple primary classrooms while gaining varied experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the planned curriculum and maintain high standards of teaching in primary classrooms.
• Provide effective classroom management and create a positive learning environment.
• Adapt lesson plans quickly to meet the needs of different year groups.
• Collaborate with school staff and follow safeguarding procedures.

Required profile

• Qualified with PGCE, QTS, or HLTA Level 4.
• Proven experience teaching in primary school settings.
• Strong communication and classroom management abilities.
• Flexible, positive attitude and commitment to student welfare.
