Primary Supply Teacher – Flexible Daily Rates

About the role
Academics is seeking enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to cover placements across a network of primary schools in Luton and surrounding areas. The role offers the flexibility to work one day a week, part‑time or full‑time, matching your availability and career aspirations.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons for Reception, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 pupils.
- Maintain classroom management and a positive learning environment.
- Follow the host school’s curriculum and assessment guidelines.
- Complete minimal administrative tasks, focusing on teaching delivery.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience in UK primary schools.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different school settings and year groups.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with pupils and staff.
- Reliability and a passion for education.
Required skills
- Lesson planning and delivery for primary age ranges.
- Classroom management techniques.
