Primary Supply Teacher (Flexible Part‑time)

About the role

Reed Education is looking for enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to work on a flexible, part‑time or ad‑hoc basis across schools in Horsham. This role is ideal for teachers who want to complement existing commitments, enjoy varied classroom experiences, or are returning to teaching after a break.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons in line with the provided curriculum and lesson plans.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of pupils.
• Maintain a positive, orderly learning environment.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Communicate effectively with school staff and parents.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience in primary education.
• Strong classroom management abilities.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to varying school settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
