Primary Supply Teacher – KS1/KS2 & Early Years

About the role

Reeson Education is seeking enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to cover classes across Key Stage 1, Key Stage 2 and Early Years in schools throughout East London. You will provide short‑term cover for PPA, management release and sickness, ensuring continuity of learning for pupils.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the planned curriculum for KS1, KS2 or Early Years classes.
• Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
• Complete required administrative tasks such as attendance and assessment records.
• Adapt lessons quickly to meet the needs of different pupils.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) obtained via PGCE, B.Ed, GTP or equivalent.
• Current, up‑to‑date DBS check, preferably on the update service.
• Experience teaching EYFS, KS1 or KS2; NQTs are welcome.
• Flexibility and reliability to accept short‑notice assignments.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the National Curriculum for primary phases.
• Ability to plan and deliver lessons across a range of subjects.
