About the role

The Supply Register is recruiting qualified Primary Teachers (QTS) for flexible supply work across primary schools in Kent. You can choose full‑time, part‑time or occasional days that suit your lifestyle while supporting a variety of welcoming schools.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons in Early Years, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, according to your experience and school needs.
• Adapt quickly to different school environments while maintaining high teaching standards.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere and manage behaviour effectively.
• Follow each school’s policies and ensure pupils stay engaged throughout the day.
• Build constructive relationships with pupils, staff and, where appropriate, parents.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
• Experience teaching in UK primary schools.
• Experience in at least one of Early Years, KS1 or KS2 (not required across all ages).
• Strong classroom management and professional reliability.
• Passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
