Primary Teacher – Daily Supply (Part‑Time, Temporary)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Primary Teachers to join our daily supply roster across schools in the Wandsworth borough. This part‑time, temporary position offers the flexibility to work as much or as little as you prefer, covering EYFS, KS1 and KS2 classes on short‑notice assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the national curriculum to pupils in early years, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
• Maintain classroom discipline and promote a positive learning environment.
• Prepare and adapt lesson plans to meet the needs of each class.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure consistency of teaching standards.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification recognised for state schools.
• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Current child‑only DBS check.
• Flexibility to start assignments at short notice.

Required skills

• Strong classroom management abilities.
• Effective communication with pupils, staff and parents.
• Ability to adapt teaching materials quickly.
