Primary Teacher (KS1) – Full‑time Temporary

About the role
Reed Education is seeking a dedicated KS1 (Key Stage 1) Primary Teacher to join a vibrant school in Brighton on a full‑time, temporary basis. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high‑quality education to young learners and fostering a supportive classroom environment.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons that meet KS1 curriculum standards.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing tailored feedback and support.
- Create a positive, stimulating classroom atmosphere that encourages enthusiasm for learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents and the wider school community to enhance student outcomes.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions and school events.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching KS1 or a similar early‑years role.
- Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
