About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join a welcoming Watford primary school from September 2026. The role is open to both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers who want to develop in a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, high‑quality lessons for Key Stages 1‑4.
- Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain effective classroom and behaviour management.
- Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching standards.
Required profile
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, nurturing attitude that promotes an inclusive learning environment.
- Commitment to professional development and school improvement.
- Ability to work well within a close‑knit team.
Required skills
- Lesson planning and curriculum delivery.
- Classroom and behaviour management techniques.
- Use of assessment data to inform teaching.
