Principal Consultant – Financial Services

About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our fast‑growing Consulting Business working with some of the world’s leading financial institutions. As a Principal Consultant you will work directly with clients to deliver high‑quality consulting services and act as the primary point of contact between the customer and Delta Capita.

Key responsibilities

• Own account and project delivery for clients.
• Manage a team of consultants ensuring high delivery quality.
• Propose ideas for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Responsible for pipeline management of the team/direct reports including roll‑offs, extensions, new opportunities, and pricing.
• Draft and negotiate statements of work including rates and pricing.

Required profile

• Strong commercial awareness and leadership capability across client and internal deliverables.
• Proven people‑leadership and man‑management experience.
• Extensive experience in project management and business analysis within financial services throughout the full lifecycle.
• Change‑management expertise covering strategy, design, analysis, build, testing and go‑live.
• Good knowledge of the capital markets ecosystem and technology implementation projects.
