Principal Customer Advocate Manager (EMEA)

About the role

Unqork is seeking a Principal Customer Advocate Manager to lead relationship building and strategic adoption across the EMEA region. You will act as the voice of the customer, ensuring their success with Unqork’s AI‑powered low‑code platform.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with stakeholders from technical champions to economic buyers.
• Partner with customers, internal teams, and system integrators to deliver applications and educate users on new features.
• Develop and refine a customer advocacy strategy aligned with retention and expansion goals.
• Track renewals, monitor health metrics, and drive expansion opportunities.
• Provide ongoing post‑go‑live support through regular check‑ins, QBRs, and Customer Success Plans.
• Share customer feedback with product, marketing, and GTM teams to influence roadmap and case studies.

Required profile

• 5+ years in a customer‑facing role (Customer Success, Consulting, Implementation, or Sales) within SaaS.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships and drive adoption.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for AI tools and workflow automation.

Required skills

• Experience with AI‑enabled platforms and SaaS solutions.
