About the role

We are seeking a Principal Employment & Litigation Counsel to join a globally recognised, high‑performance organisation operating in a fast‑paced, highly visible environment. The role combines complex employment advisory work with dispute resolution, litigation, regulatory matters and other contentious issues across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic employment law advice to senior leadership and HR teams.
• Manage and lead employment disputes, litigation and regulatory investigations.
• Develop and implement policies to mitigate legal risk while supporting commercial objectives.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to influence business decisions.
• Oversee broader contentious matters affecting the organisation.
