Job description
About the role
We are building Searchable, an agentic marketing platform that helps brands measure and improve their visibility across AI‑driven search engines. As Principal Product Designer you will shape the end‑to‑end experience of a product that anticipates customer needs, delivers actionable insights and automates improvements. You will work closely with the Head of Product and the CEO to define the product vision and bring it to life.
Key responsibilities
- Own the overall design vision, defining what the product does, the order of features and why they matter.
- Craft a compelling first‑time experience that instantly shows value and drives repeat usage.
- Design the proactive agent experience that presents the right work at the right moment and makes approval feel safe and quick.
- Translate customer pain points gathered from conversations, session recordings and support threads into seamless, delightful UX.
- Build high‑fidelity, clickable prototypes using AI‑powered tools to iterate rapidly with the team.
Required profile
- Thrives in ambiguity, can start without a detailed brief and frame unclear problems into actionable design work.
- Self‑starter who takes ownership of the product experience and drives initiatives proactively.
- Restlessly curious, constantly seeking better ways to simplify complex experiences.
- Proven track record of shaping a product end‑to‑end, with shipped results and measurable impact.
- Exceptional attention to detail in copy, loading states, spacing and other micro‑interactions.
- Deep understanding of how data, architecture and AI capabilities influence design decisions, and works closely with engineers.
What we offer
- Salary £150,000–£190,000 per year, plus meaningful early‑stage equity.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and flexible parental & childcare policies.
- Daily meal allowance (Uber Eats or Deliveroo) and late‑night Uber home rides.
- Monthly fitness and wellbeing reimbursement.
- Flexibility to manage your own schedule while working onsite five days a week near London Bridge.
