Print Production Manager

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Print Production Manager to lead our in‑house digital print operation in Manchester. You will own the fast‑paced production floor, ensuring quality, timely delivery and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee job scheduling, workflow planning and task prioritisation.
• Maintain flawless quality output and guarantee on‑time deliveries.
• Operate digital print machinery, troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate maintenance.
• Champion continuous improvement, minimise waste and streamline processes.
• Control consumables, monitor stock levels and manage supplier relationships.
• Review and analyse completed jobs for commercial insight.

Required profile

• Commercially astute leader with proven experience in digital print production.
• Track record of managing, motivating and developing small high‑performing teams.
• Confident decision‑maker with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive and flexible, able to adapt working hours to meet production demands.
