Private Client Paralegal – Up to £32,000 + Benefits

About the role

This position offers a chance to work within a specialist boutique private client firm that is ranked Tier 1 in the Legal 500. Based in Warwickshire, the role provides exposure to high‑net‑worth (HNW) matters and a clear pathway to qualification and career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Support fee earners on wills, probate, trusts and estate administration matters.
• Draft legal documents and client correspondence.
• Work on HNW matters alongside ranked partners.
• Liaise with clients, beneficiaries and third parties.
• Manage files from instruction through to completion, ensuring accurate case records and compliance.
• Provide support on complex estate and succession planning.
• Contribute to the growth of the Warwickshire team.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a private client paralegal role.
• Strong interest in wills, probate and estate planning.
• Excellent organisation and time‑management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and collaborate within a team.
• Ambitious desire to qualify and progress within the firm.
