Private Client Senior Solicitor – Hybrid, Altrincham

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our award‑winning team in Altrincham. The role offers a hybrid working model and the chance to manage high‑value private client matters while maintaining a healthy work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of private client work, including wills, trusts, estate administration and inheritance tax planning.
• Mentor and supervise junior fee earners, providing guidance and training.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues on complex, high‑value client matters.
• Develop and maintain relationships with high‑net‑worth clients.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 6 years post‑qualification experience.
• Proven track record in private client work, particularly with high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Experience supervising junior staff and a strong billing history.
• Willingness to undertake business development activities.
• STEP qualification preferred or willingness to obtain it.
