Private Client Solicitor – 3+ PQE – Essex – Up to £50k

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a well‑established Essex‑based practice. You will work independently on a diverse portfolio of private client matters while collaborating with a supportive team of specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and review wills and lasting powers of attorney.
• Provide advice on estate administration and probate matters.
• Develop and implement trust and estate planning strategies.
• Manage client relationships and maintain high standards of client care.
• Handle case files autonomously while contributing to team initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in private client work.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent client‑care skills and a collaborative mindset.
• STEP qualification or progress towards membership is advantageous.
