Private Client Solicitor – Hybrid & Flexible (Exeter)

About the role

We are seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join our growing Exeter practice. The role offers hybrid and flexible working, allowing you to manage a diverse private client portfolio while collaborating with experienced partners.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review wills, lasting powers of attorney and inheritance tax plans.
• Administer probate matters and oversee estate administration.
• Create, manage and advise on trusts for high‑net‑worth individuals and families.
• Provide succession and wealth‑preservation advice to business owners.
• Handle Court of Protection applications and related litigation.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Chartered Legal Executive with at least 2 years post‑qualification experience in private client work.
• Proven ability to manage a caseload independently and build long‑term client relationships.
• Strong communication skills and commercial awareness.
