About the role

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our growing Oxfordshire team at Legal Director or Partner level. The role involves advising high‑net‑worth individuals, families and business owners on a wide range of private client matters.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advice on wills, trusts, estate administration and succession planning.
• Handle powers of attorney, tax planning and broader wealth preservation issues.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, supporting business development initiatives.
• Contribute strategically to the growth of the Oxfordshire office.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years post‑qualification experience in private client work.
• Strong technical expertise with a commercial, client‑focused approach.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Enthusiasm for networking and business development.
