Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive (2+ PQE)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a well‑known Cambridgeshire firm’s Private Client department. The role offers a mix of client‑facing work and business development in a supportive, family‑feel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare lasting powers of attorney (LPAs) and wills, providing inheritance tax (IHT) advice.
• Administer estates and trusts, handling all related documentation.
• Manage deputyship applications on behalf of clients.
• Contribute to the growth of the department through business development activities.

Required profile

• 2+ years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in private client work.
• Ambitious, dedicated and able to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision.
• STEP accreditation preferred but not essential.
• Strong interest in partnership prospects and long‑term firm growth.
