Private Client Solicitor – Wills, Probate & Estate Planning

About the role

We are seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our growing Wills, Probate and Estate Planning team in Plymouth. The role offers genuine hybrid working, a supportive modern culture and clear progression to senior positions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload covering probate and estate administration.
• Draft and review wills, lasting powers of attorney and estate planning documents.
• Provide advice on trusts, succession planning and inheritance tax.
• Collaborate with dedicated paralegal and administrative support to focus on technical legal work and client care.

Required profile

• Qualified Private Client Solicitor or experienced Legal Executive (NQ to senior level).
• Demonstrated experience in wills, probate and estate planning.
• Interest in or qualification for STEP recognised.
• Strong client‑facing and organisational abilities.
