Private General Dentist – Clear Aligner Experience

About the role

We are seeking a Private General Dentist to join Newland Dental Care in Lincoln. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality private dental care, with a particular emphasis on clear aligner therapy, within a supportive and modern practice environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide general dentistry services to private patients, including examinations, preventive care, restorative and cosmetic treatments.
• Deliver clear aligner therapy and manage aligner cases from planning to follow‑up.
• Utilise the practice’s fully equipped surgery rooms on designated days (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) to maintain high clinical standards.
• Collaborate with the oral surgeon, hygienists, nurses and practice manager to ensure seamless patient experience.

Required profile

• Qualified General Dentist with a UK dental registration.
• Experience or strong interest in clear aligner treatment.
• Commitment to delivering excellent patient care in a private‑only environment.
• Willingness to work flexible days within the practice schedule.
