Privileged Access Management (PAM) Manager

About the role

Sanderson is partnering with a consulting client to expand their Access Management capability. The client seeks a PAM Manager to lead complex Privileged Access Management programmes across enterprise environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of end‑to‑end PAM programmes, from strategy and architecture through implementation and adoption.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating security challenges into practical, scalable solutions.
• Drive measurable security and business outcomes by combining deep technical expertise with strong consulting and leadership skills.
• Manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
• Contribute to the growth of the PAM capability, supporting innovation, new initiatives, and go‑to‑market development.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of Identity & Access Governance concepts and proven experience delivering end‑to‑end implementations.
• Hands‑on experience with leading IAG platforms and their core components/integrations.
• Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex technical concepts for non‑technical and senior audiences.
• Robust delivery and organisational abilities, including risk, dependency, and complex workstream management.
• Experience producing IAM governance and operational documentation.
• Willingness and eligibility to undergo UK security clearance.
