Procurement Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an organised and proactive Procurement Administrator to support our growing organisation. The role combines procurement administration with hands‑on warehouse duties, ensuring smooth purchasing and inventory processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing goods and obtaining supplier quotations.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier documentation.
• Raise purchase orders and monitor deliveries to ensure timely arrival.
• Provide general administrative support for procurement and warehouse operations.
• Organise and maintain warehouse storage areas to support efficient stock control.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock.
• Prepare and issue materials to support operational requirements.

Required profile

• A valid driving licence (essential for occasional driving).
• Experience in procurement, purchasing, stores, warehousing, or inventory control.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to obtain a forklift licence if not already held.
