Procurement Consultant – Active SC Clearance Required

About the role

This position offers a procurement professional the chance to join a leading consultancy‑focused organisation in London, supporting a high‑performing Procurement & Supply Chain function for a major construction and infrastructure client.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end sourcing activities across designated categories.
• Drive cost optimisation, supplier performance and value‑creation initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior internal stakeholders.
• Develop and implement category strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage negotiations and relationships with key strategic suppliers.
• Contribute to ongoing procurement transformation and best‑practice improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic procurement or category management.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability.
• Experience working in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments, preferably within large corporate, consulting or regulated sectors.
• Background in public‑sector projects and understanding of PA23 regulations.
• Experience in infrastructure‑focused environments.
• Active SC security clearance.
