Procurement Consultant - Active SC clearance required

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a procurement professional to join a leading consultancy within the construction, infrastructure and professional services sector. The role is based in London and offers hybrid working.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end sourcing activities across designated categories.
• Drive cost optimisation, supplier performance and value‑creation initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with senior internal stakeholders.
• Support the development of category strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Manage and negotiate with key strategic suppliers.
• Contribute to ongoing procurement transformation and best‑practice improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic procurement or category management.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability.
• Experience operating in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Background in large corporate, consulting or regulated environments, preferably public sector.
• Understanding of PA23 regulations and experience in infrastructure‑focused environments.
• Active SC security clearance.
