Procurement Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Procurement Team Leader to head a multidisciplinary team that covers procurement operations, facilities management, vehicle fleet activities and broader business support services. Based in Manchester, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver efficient, end‑user focused solutions while fostering a collaborative, high‑performing culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a diverse team across Procurement, Facilities, Fleet and Operations.
• Drive operational excellence through process improvement, service quality monitoring and KPI management.
• Allocate resources effectively across multiple priorities and ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs, propose solutions and support continuous‑improvement and digitalisation initiatives.
• Oversee facilities and workplace experience activities, ensuring a safe and productive environment.

Required profile

• Experience in operations, procurement, facilities, supply‑chain, fleet or related business functions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to prioritise across several workstreams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Strategic thinking to deliver procurement projects that generate spend efficiencies.
