Product and Research Operations Manager – Voice

About the role

Cartesia is building AI voice technology and needs a Product and Research Operations Manager to run the operational backbone of its Voice function. The role works closely with the Voice Production Lead and Voice Library Lead, supporting voice production, talent sourcing, and customer‑facing voice delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of voice production runs and own day‑to‑day production and library health reporting, scaling to more locales and volume.
• Build and manage systems for sourcing, vetting, and creating voice talent for the voice library.
• Own end‑to‑end customer‑facing voice engagements, driving successful adoption of Cartesia’s models and GTM enablement.
• Assist with ad‑hoc strategy and growth projects, including events, marketing initiatives, and international market expansion.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience as an operator in a high‑growth tech startup or strategy consulting (MBB or similar).
• High agency and proactive self‑starter who can thrive in ambiguous environments.
• Strong customer‑facing abilities, comfortable engaging with executives.
• Semi‑technical background with ability to use tools such as Cursor and Claude Code to build lightweight systems.
• Genuine enthusiasm for voice and audio technology.
