Product Coordinator – Creative Consumer Products

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Product Coordinator to join a design‑led consumer products business. You will work closely with product development, design, and overseas suppliers to bring trend‑focused collections to market on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate repeat and refreshed product ranges from concept through production.
• Negotiate costs with overseas suppliers to achieve commercial targets.
• Maintain accurate product specifications across internal systems.
• Support development and production teams to keep projects on critical‑path timelines.
• Brief design and creative teams with clear product requirements and artwork information.
• Review specifications, artwork and packaging before production.
• Manage product samples, mock‑ups and approvals with internal teams and suppliers.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing products and streamline processes.
• Assist with product pricing exercises and supplier quotations.
• Attend product review meetings and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• 1–2 years’ experience in product development, coordination, buying, sourcing or production within a consumer‑products environment.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicator who enjoys working with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness with solid negotiation abilities.
• Proactive problem‑solver able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced setting.
• Comfortable learning new systems and tools.
