Product Manager, Community, Open Directory - Workspace

About the role

LSEG is looking for a Product Manager for its Open Directory initiative within the Workspace Collaboration Cluster. The Open Directory is part of the LSEG Microsoft Partnership and supports the Collaboration strategy by integrating with Microsoft Teams via External Collaboration, broadening the Workspace community. You will lead product delivery for one or more squads, building the LSEG Directory product and working with community teams, engineers and other business lines.

Key responsibilities

• Work with Workspace platform and community teams to prioritise and develop product features that drive engagement.
• Turn product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by the engineering team.
• Drive product research, UX prototypes, roadmaps, requirements and launches together with product management leadership.
• Facilitate or take part in agile ceremonies such as daily scrums, backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Ensure work aligns with agreed OKRs and define and track KPIs, usage analytics and user feedback.
• Communicate complex ideas clearly at all organisational levels and build relationships across the project.

Required profile

• Over 10 years of experience in a senior product leadership role.
• Deep understanding of financial services workflows, personas and communities (FX, commodities, FI, equities, investment banking or wealth).
• Extensive background in large matrix organisations.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with architecture, product, data science, proposition and project management teams.

Required skills

• Expertise with chat and collaboration platforms.
• Familiarity with BOT/Agentic, APIs and natural language AI technologies.
• Creative, strategic thinking to advance personalisation initiatives.
