Product Manager – Digital Mental Health Platform

Lyra Health is the leading provider of mental health solutions for employers, serving over 20 million people worldwide. The company is seeking a collaborative Product Manager to drive the future of its digital mental‑health offerings, ensuring high‑quality releases and platform stability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end releases, ensuring versioning, translation and indexing meet requirements.
• Conduct acceptance testing and validate that deliverables meet the Definition of Done and user experience standards.
• Lead maintenance‑focused sprints, prioritize technical debt and bug fixes, and monitor team velocity.
• Communicate new features, fixes and changes across cross‑functional teams.
• Oversee incident management and coordinate escalation with engineering and stakeholders.
• Synthesize user feedback to inform maintenance scope and ensure SLA compliance.
• Report on uptime, SLA performance and other maintenance metrics to the Product Lead.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in a digital product team, working with Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficient in creating documentation such as user stories, use cases and flow diagrams.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Atlassian suite – Confluence and Jira.
• Collaboration tools – Slack and Google Workspace.
• Experience with web, Android and iOS product platforms.
• Data extraction and insight generation using reports and dashboards.
