Product Manager – Insurance (Hybrid, up to £55k)

About the role

We are seeking a Product Manager to join a growing insurer in Shoeburyness. The role offers a hybrid working pattern with 2‑3 days in the office and provides exposure across product development, underwriting, pricing and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and continuous improvement of insurance products.
• Review and update policy wordings and customer documentation.
• Assist with product governance and fair‑value reviews.
• Collaborate with Underwriting and Pricing teams to monitor product performance.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Participate in a variety of product‑related projects as the business expands.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in the insurance market.
• Background in product, underwriting, policy wordings, compliance or product governance.
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
